Plan B User's Manual
This is the first (beta) version of Plan B 4rd edition.
Plan B is a derivative of
Plan 9.
Most of the system
is taken verbatim from Plan 9. In fact, Plan B now runs
as a set of Plan 9 user programs. Therefore, the system includes most
of the Plan 9 commands, system calls, and library functions. However,
the resulting system is very different from a Plan 9 installation.
It includes
technology from both Plan 9 4th edition
and Plan B 2nd and 3rd edition.
